Preparing to Do Business at the Exposition: Block out a rough schedule in advance. Even if you do this on the flight to Dallas, planning makes a busy schedule more manageable and your meeting experience more productive. Allocate time for educational sessions and plug in any committee meetings or appointments you've set up.
