- An 8' high backdrape and 36" high draped side walls; aisle carpeting in all main and cross aisles; around-the-clock security beginning with set up and concluding after all freight has been removed
- One full complimentary registration per 10 x 10 space rented
- Discounted exhibitor registration fees
- A 50 word company description with contact information listed on the AFP Conference Website and in the final conference program; Website Company Profile must be updated by November 13, 2009.
- Post show complimentary attendee list with mailing addresses only (no telephone and email information is listed); Available to exhibitors only!!

Here's how the process works:
- Enter exhibitor information
- Select your choice of the available BLUE booth(s)
- Enter your payment information
- Submit
- Email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your request
- AFP show management will review and approve your request
- Final sales confirmation sent with company ID and password
- Go to the Exhibitor Services Link located on the Exhibits page
- Click on Website Company Profile; edit your booth profile information
