Developing and nurturing relationships across cultural differences can be challenging. This workshop will offer 3-5 skills that participants can apply for engaging and “making the ask” across cultural differences from a fundraising perspective. The skill building will focus on how to notice and learn when intent and impact are out of alignment, along with how to manage fear of making culturally sensitive mistakes which can stop the engagement and request.
