Reggie Van Lee
Senior Vice President, Organization and Strategy Team ,  Booz Allen Hamilton 

Reggie Van Lee has been at Booz Allen for 24 years and is the Senior Vice President with the Organization and Strategy team (OS). He currently leads the firm's public health business and the not-for-profit business and helps those organizations achieve their overall missions and grow successfully.

Within the not-for-profit market, Van Lee has co-led the Urban Enterprise Initiative with the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation, where he focused on driving enhanced competitiveness to small businesses in Harlem. Other organizations he’s supported include Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, the American Cancer Society, and numerous foundations. Currently, Van Lee is leading a "megacommunity" effort to address Alzheimer's disease in America through a collaboration of the private, public and civil/not-for-profit sectors.

In addition to consulting work, Reggie has written several articles on the topic of strategy implementation. He is co-author of the book, "Megacommunities", which addresses how government, business, and not-for-profit leaders can tackle global challenges together. His work has also appeared in publications such as strategy+business, The Journal of Business Strategy and Business Horizons and has also appeared numerous times on ABC TV's "World News This Morning" and CNBC.

Van Lee’s recognitions include the 2008 Black Engineer of the Year Award, the Joseph Papp Racial Harmony Award from the Foundation for Ethnic Understanding, New York University's C. Walter Nichols Award for outstanding community service, and the Spirit of Cabrini Award from the Cabrini Mission Foundation. In 2000, Consulting Magazine named Reggie as one of the top 25 consultants in the world, and he has been recognized as one of New York's Finest Philanthropists.

He serves as chairman of the board of the Evidence Dance Company, co-chair of the board of the New York International Ballet Competition, treasurer of the board of the Studio Museum in Harlem, and a board member of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. He is also involved with the Abyssinian Development Corporation, MIT's National Selection Committee, the New York City Center for Charter School Excellence and the Washington Performing Arts Society. He is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council.

Van Lee has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and M.S. and B.S. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
