***IMPORTANT NOTICE***

Please be aware that vendors (not approved by AFP) are calling AFP exhibitors implying that they are the official housing vendor for AFP.  They are NOT but they are offering AFP exhibitors room blocks at official AFP hotels in Vancouver. Because they are not an AFP vendor, information they are providing is incorrect. Booking rooms through unofficial vendors will be outside of the AFP block and not be protected by AFP contracts.   The official AFP housing vendor for the International Conference is Experient. 

AFP does NOT call exhibitors to book rooms. All housing and registration is done through the AFP website.  Please disregard all calls concerning AFP housing.  To book your room block through AFP please log into the AFP exhibitor service center and select the exhibit staff registration tab.

You may utilize an outside vendor for several of the items listed.  Please make sure an EAC (Exhibited Appointed Contractor) form is filled out and turned into show management.  The EAC form will be available in the online service kit in January via the exhibitor service center.
