Community Receptions

Whether you've hosted a Community Reception in the past or not, don't miss out on a fantastic opportunity to exponentially enhance your conference experience. Each year, more of our chapters and business partners have chosen to embrace this opportunity to network, educate or simply unwind with colleagues. And this year we've changed it a bit - we will have two evenings for Community programs and receptions - 

Sunday, April 1 will be open for Chapter events beginning at 5:30pm

Monday, April 2 is now an open evening for attendees with no official AFP events scheduled (Note: There are some tours on Monday evening which attendees may register for at an additional fee.) We will schedule exhibitor events that evening beginning at 4:30pm. We encourage you to take advantage of this time to meet with attendees outside of the Marketplace to showcase your products and services in a more social environment.

Using AFP's free meeting planning services to take advantage of such benefits as complimentary meeting space, master account eligibility, and no catering minimums! Host your own reception and make this your mose successful and enjoyable conference yet!
