Exhibit Booth Package includes:

  • A two line identification sign listing company name and booth number
  • An 8' high back drape and 3' high draped side walls; aisle carpeting in all main and cross aisles; security beginning with set up and concluding after all freight has been removed
  • Discounted exhibitor registration fees for additional badges purchased outside of the complimentary allotment
  • A 50-word company description with contact information listed on the AFP Conference Website and in the attendee program (printed or digital)
  • Option to book a Community Group Program
  • Complimentary Exhibit Hall/General Session Conference Registrations (to be determined by booth size; see below)
    • 100 square feet - 2 complimentary badges
    • 200-399 square feet - 4 complimentary badges
    • 400-599 square feet - 6 complimentary badges
    • 600-799 square feet - 8 complimentary badges
    • 800+ square feet - 12 complimentary badges
Please note that the exhibit hall is carpeted. All exhibitors are required to have floor covering in their exhibit booths. Exhibitors may rent, ship or carry-in floor covering. Information to rent carpeting from our partners at The Expo Group will be made available in the exhibitor service kit when it is released in 2022.


Online Booth Purchase 
Here's how the process works:

  1. Enter exhibitor information
  2. Select your choice of the available BLUE booth(s)
  3. Enter your payment information
  4. Submit
  5. Email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your request
  6. AFP show management will review and approve your request
  7. Final sales confirmation sent with company ID and password
  8. Go to the Exhibitor Services Link located on the Exhibits page
  9. Click on Website Company Profile; edit your booth profile information
